We have new Open House dates for 2010!

Thank you to all who attended and spent the day with us at our 2009 open houses.

 We enjoyed seeing our previous hunters and friends , as well as meeting all the new people we hadn't met before. 

 Please consider attending one of our open houses in 2010. 

August 21, 2010 from 9:00am to 2:00pm

September 18, 2010 from 9:00am to 2:00 pm

The September 18th date is nearly full.

What Is An Open House?

 Our Open Houses are a chance for hunters who are seriously considering booking a hunt to come and visit Majestic World Lodge.  

On these days, our guests will have a chance to see up to 100 hard antler elk bulls and red stag of all different sizes and scores. This will give prospective hunters a chance to see our quality animals.  

We also take this opportunity to show our lodge, guest rooms, dining area and lounge to our guests.  

We typically set up on one of our beautiful decks overlooking our ponds and fields. This enables our guests a chance for a panoramic view of our facility and grounds.  

During the day we plan visits into the hunting area, showing the terrain and beautiful conditions the hunters will enjoy.

Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to answer any questions and give our guests a first hand chance to meet their hosts (guides, workers, cooks, and lodge personnel).

 We are also proud to have our new guests talk to those who have hunted with us before at majestic. In the past we have color-coded name tags of previous hunters so our visitors who may be undecided can talk to previous guests. We find that our previous guests are our best ambassadors- they “tell it like it is”.

We want our Open Houses to be an enjoyable experience for old friends and new. It is not meant to be a “tour in the mountains” but rather a chance for interested hunters to interact with staff and previous hunters. This gives prospective hunters a chance to have any questions answered, see our operation and book a hunt!

Consider Our Open Houses!

 Because of our turnouts in the past, we request that you call us at least five days before the event to register. Call 1-877-365-6972. This will help us plan staffing and light refreshments so we can try to give everyone the attention you deserve. If no answer, please leave your name, number of people attending and approximate time that you will be arriving and a number where you can be reached, in case we need to get back with you.

 If you cannot make our scheduled Open House dates, contact us for a private tour.  

We must warn you though, whether it is an Open House or a private visit, bring your calendar and your checkbook because we think you will book a hunt!

 If overnight accommodations are needed, please make your reservation as soon as possible.
